Janet A Johnson – Business & Life Coach

Hi, I’m Janet A. Johnson founder of StrategyNook LLC, a boutique Management Consulting and Coaching practice; designed to help companies and individuals develop strategies and brands to improve performance and maximize growth, while bringing their business goals or life purpose into alignment.

Ever since childhood, I have had natural and unique abilities to foster diverse relationships, solve problems, and lead others to coalesce around issues. These abilities led me to my career in coaching, consulting and project management for more than 15 years. Coaching has become the backbone of my practice because of it’s effectiveness in helping individuals and team members realize breakthroughs and transformations to move forward and fulfill their professional and life potential, and experience the joy in living. Having led my own path to transformation, helping others on their journey feeds my passion for coaching.

Today I am known as a versatile and results-oriented strategic project manager, management consultant, business and life coach with expertise in stress management. I love bringing projects to life and reinvigorating those projects that were seemingly lifeless. My passion for empowering team members to operate in harmony helps me drive process improvement to accomplish project goals.

I am a philanthropist at heart so when I am not working, I give back to the community, mentor and help others to realize their full potential. Each year I host a mental health awareness event in collaboration with other community leaders. In addition, I serve on a number of boards including Educational Foundation for Children’s Care International, and Saving Orphans through Healthcare and Outreach.

Alongside my experience, I hold a Master of Science in Management with dual emphases on Project Leadership & Management, and Organizational Leadership from Regis University, with Graduate Academic Certificates in Executive Project Management and Strategic Business Management.  I am also certified as a Project Management Professional by the Project Management Institute, Certified Agile Coach by Chicago State University with memberships in the International Coach Federation, Association for Business Process Management Professionals International, the International Institute for Business Analysis, and the Society for Human Resource Management.
