Hi, I’m Janet A. Johnson founder of StrategyNook LLC, a boutique Management Consulting and Coaching practice. My goal is to help professionals and companies who are at a crossroad create strategies, and implement and manage tools and techniques to achieve their objectives, while bringing their business goals or life purpose into alignment. The end goal will lead to improving performance and productivity, and delivering lasting results in both personal and professional domains.

The Journey

I have great passion for my combined work in coaching, consulting, project management, and change management, and I often join these competencies together effectively to achieve great results. After many years of working full time for large corporations, with small coaching and consulting gigs on the side, I needed more freedom to find work-life balance, which was crucial in improving my health and wellbeing. This created a path for independence. Throughout my work over the years, a need for delivering digital marketing solutions to help clients’ move their projects forward became apparent. Understanding the importance of this need and the trajectory of the global online demand, I was further inspired in my work. This gave birth to my digital agency.

Today I work independently and also partner with other like-minded consultants from varied backgrounds to deliver the best strategic solutions for success. Individually or together, we provide professional services in business coaching, life coaching, strategic project management and business management, with digital marketing and support. We take a holistic approach to optimizing personal / business productivity and project success by supporting clients’ initiatives with emphasis on strategic alignment and affordability. Yet, we don’t simply provide a service at a reasonable price – we value relationships and strive to exceed expectations of every single client.
